Discovered in Gesturi five crafty citizens' income.

The investigations were conducted by the carabinieri of the local station and of the Cagliari Labor Inspectorate Unit.

The complaint was filed against a fifty-year-old unemployed man, known to the police, who received about 19,000 euros unduly after declaring a false residence and failing to include the income of a family member in the declaration.

Also in trouble was a fifty-year-old farmer who had certified incomes lower than the real ones, forgetting to include real estate and income from his business activities in his certificates; a 39-year-old who had failed in his request to communicate that he had been convicted of drug-related offences; a 42-year-old unemployed Romanian and her 42-year-old compatriot, both of whom had failed to communicate cohabitants or residence data.

Overall, the sums unduly received amounted to almost 40 thousand euros.
