The order of provisional application of probation issued by the court of Cagliari was notified to the Santissima Trinità hospital by the carabinieri of the Radiomobile. The recipient is a 52-year-old domiciled in via Dante who was responsible for the crimes of attempted arson, dangerous throwing of things, various damages, as documented in the months passed by the Arma soldiers who intervened on several occasions to manage the situations.
The man will remain in the hospital until the end of the hospitalization, then he will be transferred to a residential facility in Ghilarza, as ordered by the judicial authority. His neighbors suffered his behavior.
