Via the seals at the construction site of the provincial road 38, Olbia-Tempio, in Monte Pino, in the section that collapsed on November 18, 2013 following the flood that hit the Gallura.

Thus freed by the carabinieri of the Noe di Sassari, at the disposal of the investigating judge of the Court of Tempio Pausania, Caterina Interlandi, the area seized a year ago as part of the investigation of the Temple Prosecutor's Office on the restoration work carried out by the General Construction Imp of Carloforte, for which the managers of the company and the construction manager are being investigated.

The works were never completed, first prompting Anas to dissolve the contract worth almost 6 million euros for non-fulfillment and then, following serious failures of the structure, the Public Prosecutor's Office to start an investigation.

Now Anas will be able to restart the construction site, which has passed into the hands of the Ici construction company in Rome, a company that is already carrying out work on several lots of the Sassari-Olbia four-lane road.

The release from seizure arrives a few days after the confirmation, by the Court of Appeal of Sassari, of the sentence of 1 year and 4 months for manslaughter inflicted in the first degree on Giuseppe Muzzetto, designer and director of works of the provincial 38 bis Olbia -Temple, sunk in Monte Pino in November 2013, with the passage of the cyclone Cleopatra, swallowing and killing Bruno Fiore, his wife Sebastiana Brundu and his consuocera Maria Loriga who were passing with their car in the collapsed stretch of road.
