Five fires in Sardinia: the helicopter also arrives in Gairo

There are five fires recorded today in Sardinia and for one of these the Forestry Corps used its own helicopter, in addition to the teams on the ground.

The flames broke out in the Gairo area, in the Nuraghe Coccu area. For the fire extinguishing, coordinated by the staff of the Forestry Corps Station of Osini, with the helicopter coming from the CFVA base of Villasalto and the support of the Forestry stations of Jerzu, Seui and Lanusei with the GAUF, 2 Forestas di Jerzu teams intervened and Cardedu.
