Fires: high danger in half of Sardinia

Not only weather warnings for high temperatures , from Tuesday 28 June in Sardinia there is also the danger of fires.

In fact, in the bulletin issued by the regional civil protection, the alarm with an orange code is issued for the fires with a risk that affects 50 percent of the territory, from Cagliaritano and Medio Campidano to Gallura.

"The conditions are such that, once triggered, the event, if not promptly dealt with, can reach such dimensions as to make it difficult to contrast with ordinary forces, even if reinforced, as the state fleet may need to be involved", reads the statement .
