This morning three helicopters went into action to put out a fire that broke out in Bottidda .

The Forestry Corps also responded, with the support of a helicopter from the Forestry Corps' Farcana base, to a fire in the Orune area in the "C. Soggiu" area.
Another fire broke out in Arzachena, where a helicopter from the Limbara base intervened.

In Gallura, a fire near the Mater Olbia required the intervention of three helicopters, the same number in Portoscuso, in Sulcis, where the flames threatened homes and businesses .
