Large crowd and great emotion in the afternoon at the funeral of Maurizio Frigau , the bricklayer from Sinnai who died on Saturday at dawn in a road accident on provincial road 20 of Solanas.

The funeral rite was celebrated by the parish priest of Santa Barbara, Father Gabriele Biccai , who had very sweet words for the victim's children, Elisa and Gabriele, who attend first and fifth grade in the Piazza Scuola block.

«Every time you feel a caress and tenderness from the hands of another, it will be your father who continues to love you and make himself heard». Then turning to Gabriele, the parish priest told him that « Jesus needed a major restoration in Heaven. That's what he called your father, the best bricklayer ."

Emotion also when at the end of the mass a niece of Maurizio Frigau came up to the altar to greet her uncle who is no longer with us. " We will never forget you, your smile, your goodness we will always carry in our memories ."

Also present were the children's teachers, but also entrepreneurs, bricklayers, laborers from various local businesses who wanted to express their solidarity with the family of the young man who died just the day before Easter.

Meanwhile, the investigations were closed by the Carabinieri of Quartu and Sinnai, who confirmed the dynamics. Maurizio apparently lost control of his Panda which, having ended up on the opposite side of provincial road 20, overturned and caught fire .
