Falls from a staircase, building contractor in red code at the Santissima Annunziata di Sassari

Serious accident at work this afternoon on the outskirts of Sassari.

The owner of a construction company fell off a ladder while carrying out work on a building in the industrial area of Predda Niedda.

The victim was rescued by the 118 operators and brought in red code to the emergency room of the Santissima Annunziata hospital. His condition is serious, doctors have found the fracture of an arm and several ribs. The entrepreneur is not in danger of life but remains under close observation.

The local police officers and the inspectors of the Spresal of the Sassari ASL arrived at the scene of the accident to carry out the surveys.
