A metal cruise arrives in the city. Yesterday, the port of Cagliari welcomed the passengers and crew of Mein Schiff 6 , the protagonist of Full Metal Cruise XIII , a musical event dedicated especially to fans of heavy metal, hard rock, and alternative music, organized as a metal cruise.

The name literally means "full metal cruise," and the Roman numeral XIII indicates the thirteenth edition of the event. Unlike a traditional festival, the concerts take place on a cruise, with the audience sharing the ship with musicians and other fans, including live performances, international bands, DJ sets, meetings, and themed activities .

The 2026 edition takes place from October 1 to 11, divided into two cruises aboard Mein Schiff 6. The first leg, from October 1 to 6, called at Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona, and Marseille. The second, from October 6 to 11, includes Palma de Mallorca, Palermo, and Cagliari , where the ship called on October 9.

Bands performing include Alestorm, Destruction, Burning Witches, Danko Jones, and Eclipse. The program also includes artist talks, metal karaoke, workshops, and other activities, transforming the ship into a veritable floating music festival.
