The man was surprised by the military at about 0:45 in Piazza del Carmine: checked after failing to stop at a checkpoint of the Arma, while he was driving his Ford car with three others on board people, subjected to an ethilometric test, showed a blood alcohol level equal to 1.46 grams per liter at the first examination and 1.36 at the second.

Driver's license was seized immediately. The vehicle was also subjected to administrative detention.
