He was stopped in Olbia driving his car after being involved in a road accident.
The facts yesterday, starring a 45 -year-old local, who at first tried to escape.
At the stop of the carabinieri , the man immediately appeared in a precarious psychophysical condition, with a particularly disjointed phrase book and a strong alcoholic breath. Upon checking with the breathalyser, the evidence of a rate equal to 3.61 in the first test and 3.41 in the second, therefore seven times the permitted limit (0.50 g / l).
Among other things, the man was not in possession of a driving license as it is still kept in the prefecture of Sassari following a similar dispute dating back to last year.
For the 45-year-old the complaint was then made for driving under the influence of alcohol with the aggravating circumstance of having caused a road accident, fortunately without serious consequences for the occupants of the two vehicles involved.
