A twenty-one year old from Cagliari, unemployed and with previous charges against him, was reported yesterday in Sestu for driving without a license.
The young man was surprised on the former highway 131 driving a Fiat Punto car, without, among other things, insurance coverage.
The young man did not have a driving license because he never obtained it, and was also found to be a repeat offender in this behavior. Driving without a license in the first instance is only an administrative offense, but if repeated it becomes a crime.
The vehicle was subjected to administrative seizure for confiscation and entrusted to a specialized company in judicial custody.
