Driving lessons without authorisation: an illegal driving school in Calangianus closed

An investigation conducted by the Carabinieri of Tempio Pausania and Sassari made it possible to discover a real illegal driving school.

The irregular activity was based in Calangianus. Here lessons were given to aspiring license holders without the necessary authorizations. And such lessons, underlines a note from the Carabinieri, "put at risk not only the preparation of the candidates for the driving license, but also the road safety of all users".

After the investigations, the military therefore ordered the closure of the driving school, also inflicting a heavy fine on the owner, equal to approximately 8,000 euros.
