“Domus antigas” is packed with visitors: great success for the initiative in Pula

By now it has become synonymous with success: once again “Domus antigas” , the event created by Proloco , attracted thousands of visitors who came to Pula to admire the ancient dwellings and to attend the many events that characterised the weekend.

Thanks to yesterday's spring-like temperatures, the main day of the event confirmed the organizers' expectations.

The thirty-four houses opened by their owners to visitors have showcased the ancient traditions of the town , offering a glimpse of the rural life that characterized Pula before it became an important tourist destination. There are many places to taste tasty and quick dishes, a hundred in all the exhibitors scattered around the ring of the historic center that connects Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Via Nora and Via Corinaldi.

In the afternoon, the moment dedicated to the parade of folk groups took center stage, and the performance of the Boes and Merdules , the typical masks of Ottana: the performances of the Sardinian popular Orchestra of Orlando Mascia, and the young students of Matteo Muscas were worthy of applause.

Before sunset, the grand finale with the Tenores of Neoneli and Elio, who sealed the third edition of Domus antigas.
