Desulo, death threats to the marshal of the carabinieri

Unknown hands have smeared the walls of some symbolic places of Desulo .

They contain death threats to the marshal of the carabinieri serving in the country.

They were discovered this morning on the walls of the church of San Sebastiano, the cemetery and the sports field.

The condemnation of the mayor Giovanni Melis was very harsh, who expressed solidarity with the Arma. "It is shameful, disgusting, unbearable, it is an attack on an esteemed person and on the country because the symbolic places of the community have been attacked", commented the mayor.

"An execrable gesture", defined the president of the Region Christian Solinas , hoping that the perpetrators will be quickly brought to justice.

"Such shameful episodes - says the governor - will certainly not stop the work that the Carabinieri carry out every day in the service of society, and for which they have always had the esteem and affection of the Sardinian people".
