Igor Sollai remains in prison . This was decided this morning by the Review Court , which rejected the request for release and house arrest presented by the 43-year-old's defense lawyers. The man is in cell in Uta for aggravated voluntary homicide and concealment of a corpse, for the death of his wife Francesca Deidda .

Yesterday the public prosecutor Marco Cocco reviewed all the accusations and the serious evidence against Sollai. The lawyers Carlo Demurtas and Laura Pirarba have filed a brief which brings together a series of aspects relating to the precautionary measure in question. Within 45 days the Court will file the reasons for today's decision.

Meanwhile, the RIS investigations continue, which today focused on Francesca's Toyota , which her husband had sold at the end of May. The police are looking for traces of blood or DNA on the vehicle. Particular attention must be paid to the rear part of the car, given that Sollai recommended that the buyer "degrease it well" .

Also present was Gianfranco Piscitelli, lawyer of Andrea Deidda, Francesca's brother. Tomorrow, however, investigations by the Scientific Investigations Department are expected in the house in via Monastir, in San Sperate .
