Another year passed without a sentence, without a definitive response from the judiciary. Luca Bussu, 25 years old, from Olbia , died four years ago in hospital due to very serious injuries sustained in a road accident, but his family still does not have a piece of paper in their hands that contains a definitive assessment of the matter.

The events date back to August 2019 and occurred in Olbia. It has not yet been ascertained whether a Corsican tourist was responsible for Luca's death (which occurred after a month of agony, on 18 September 2019). According to investigations still underway, the tourist leaves a stop sign (via Piemonte) at the wheel of his Peugeot and crosses the road as the victim's Yamaha passes by. The boy from Olbia dies from injuries sustained in the collision.

The Tempio Prosecutor's Office (which had asked for the file to be archived) reopened the investigation two years ago on the orders of the judge for preliminary investigations, Caterina Interlandi. There are no fixed points yet, this is the only certain fact.

The Bussu family's lawyer, Giampaolo Murrighile, is waiting to hear the conclusions of the investigations that began in June 2021.
