One year and eight months is the sentence agreed upon by Antonello Demuro , the driver from Tempio held responsible for the accident that cost Davide Rossi's life .

The victim, 36 years old, from Olbia, was hit and killed by a van while walking along State Road 127 , at the entrance to Olbia, near the town of Putzolu. The facts date back to December 2021.
