Crushed by tractor bogged down in mud, serious accident in Stintino

Serious accident this morning in the Stintino countryside.

In the locality of Appui a man was run over by the tractor while he was trying to free it from the mud.

The 73-year-old was rescued by 118 and rushed to the Sassari hospital, where he was hospitalized with serious injuries to his legs and chest.

From an initial reconstruction, the wounded man was trying - together with other people - to free the agricultural vehicle when it passed over him , crushing his legs and chest.
