The Tempio Prosecutor's Office has requested the indictment of five people for the almost 160 million euro financial collapse of the Geovillage galaxy companies.
The crime is bankruptcy, the investigations were conducted by the prosecutor Mauro Lavra and the main protagonists of the affair are the entrepreneur and professional Gavino Docche and his son Fabio .
In the next few hours the case will land before the Tempio magistrate: there is talk of the financial and management collapse of the Olbia sports tourism compendium Geovillage, to be precise the bankruptcies of the companies Geocostruzioni srl, Geogramma srl, Sviluppo Olbia spa and Real Effegi srl.
The bankruptcies were declared in a period ranging from 2012 to 2021.
The investigations were conducted by the staff of the Olbia Financial Police, coordinated by Captain Carlo Lazzari. The debt of the companies linked in various ways to the management of the Geovillage is 158 million euros, of which 43 million are due to the treasury and social security institutions.
The defenders of the suspects are Pasquale Ramazzotti, Bruno Puddu, Attilio Chirico, Carlo Selis, Gianluca Tognozzi, Pietro Carzedda and Danilo Romagnino.
