Police officers responded to a violent altercation between a mother and her son in Sassari. The two were interviewed separately by officers.
During a search of the young man's room, the police noticed two cellophane bags containing approximately 5 grams of cocaine, a block of brown solid substance, presumably hashish, weighing approximately 5 grams, and a knife with a wooden handle bearing clear traces of the drug, along with a precision scale in perfect condition.
A personal and home search revealed, on top of a closet, a cooler containing three large cellophane packages containing approximately 1.6 kilograms of marijuana, eight blocks of hashish totaling more than half a kilogram, a knife with drug residue, cellophane scraps, and several food bags. Another knife with traces of hashish was found inside the young man's bedside table.
The boy was taken to the police station and subjected to photo and fingerprint tests. Subsequent analyses of the seized material confirmed the findings of the initial investigations. After the validation hearing, the judge ordered the young man to remain in residence.
