Covid, in Sardinia 1,618 infections and 4 deaths: intensive care is on the rise

Another 1,618 coronavirus infections (1,448 from antigenic) were diagnosed in the last 24 hours in Sardinia, emerges from the latest update of the Regional Crisis Unit. Data similar to yesterday when the new cases were 1,686.
With 8,948 molecular and antigenic swabs processed in one day, the positivity rate stands at 18% , down one percentage point from yesterday's 19.
Four deaths in the last 24 hours: three in Sassarese, two women of 81 and 86 years and a man of 95, and an 86-year-old woman residing in Southern Sardinia.
The number of patients in intensive care is still increasing : there are 15, two more than yesterday. The number of hospitalized in the medical area is stable, 302 (-1 in the last 24 hours).
The Sardinians in home isolation for Covid are 28,812 , 76 fewer than yesterday.
