A chilling scenario presented itself before the eyes of the Carabinieri of the Nas of Cagliari who carried out an inspection inside an ethnic restaurant.

This is the description: «The blast chiller was out of order, the kitchen floors were dirty, with the presence of a fragment of dust and grease on the fixtures. The mosquito nets were in very poor condition. Some clearing rooms were used to store food and packaging material. There were cockroaches on the floors. The pantry in the basement was in serious structural conditions, due to humidity infiltrations from the ceiling, with critical general hygienic conditions and the presence of infesting insects. The toilets were partially inefficient. The staff changing room had serious humidity infiltrations, poor cleaning and detached plaster. The pantry room had rusty shelves and the presence of pest insects. There were cigarette butts everywhere, thrown on the floor in the workplace. It was possible to observe bags of loose raw materials, such as flour, sugar and semi-finished products, damaged by the probable presence of rodents".

This is what the Army says. Business name or location? It is impossible to know at the moment, the military communication guidelines require that these indications not be provided. All we know is that it is located "in a town to the west of Cagliari, not far from the capital". Do you assemble? Capoterra? Elmas? Now it is not said: «The restaurant has been put in a position not to cause harm», is the reassuring communication from the Army.

The military proceeded to block the activity. and the restoration of the minimum efficiency conditions of the premises has been ordered, which will be checked before reopening.
