New hearing behind closed doors, in the court of Tempio Pausiana, for the trial which sees defendants of gang sexual violence against an Italian-Norwegian student Ciro Grillo, son of Beppe, and three of his Genoese friends, Edoardo Capitta, Francesco Corsiglia and Victor Lauria.

However, after 11 sessions in the courtroom, the proceeding could suffer a setback: one of the side judges, in fact, Nicola Bonante, was transferred to Bari but he would have asked to be applied to Tempio in any case until the first sentence.

If it were to take place regularly, the next hearing promises to be long and debated. All the videos, photos, telephone interceptions and interactions on the social profiles of the four defendants and the alleged victim will be examined, already analyzed by the IT consultant appointed by the Public Prosecutor's Office, Mauro Sanna.

A mass of data, about 40 terabytes, which will be investigated by the parties' lawyers.

Among the material admitted to the trial, a 20-second video with images of sexual intercourse stands out. It will be on the consensus or otherwise that the lawyers will fight.

The disputed facts date back to the night between 16 and 17 July 2019 in the villa in Porto Cervo owned by the Grillo family.
