They had called him "Cenerino", a name that perhaps brought him luck. He is the Maremmano puppy who was the first animal to be admitted to the Duemari clinic in Oristano last July, when a serious fire destroyed a large part of the Montiferru.

He had severe burns, severe pneumonia from breathing in the smoke, and his condition was desperate. Now, six months after that hell in which he risked dying or losing his sight, Cenerino is much better and has even found a family that has adopted him.

The clinic where he was treated published a photo of him: "If you don't recognize this beautiful tome face I can understand it ... this guy is Cenerino, the burned Maremma puppy who was the first animal hospitalized in the clinic during the fire of the Montiferru.
