In Carbonia, in front of the Commission Laura Porta, a student of the Deledda-Pascoli institute, and Nora Andrea Beccari, a student of the Don Milani institute, presented themselves in perfect scout uniform. And their thesis for the eighth grade exam was focused on the healthy and educational lifestyle that comes from the scout universe.

Not at all intimidated, but rather proud of their choice, the two students presented themselves in the presence of the teachers of the examining commission wearing the uniform of their Scout department, the Carbonia 2 group. And in great detail they explained to the teachers the reasons for their choice, declining the scout world from every point of view both humanistic and scientific, that is, embracing all subjects.

"A logical choice in some ways - the girls say - the result of years of experience in the world of scouts of which we have tried to show all the beauty and positivity".

The students' parents were thrilled and their classmates also appreciated the unusual choice.

«When the teachers saw me they were initially surprised – reveals Nora Andrea Beccari – but then it was all natural».

In their theses, the reconstruction of Scout life also from a technical-scientific point of view enthused the entire teaching staff: «For us it was also a point of pride», concludes Laura Porta.
