In Capoterra, no more bins for separate waste collection in front of commercial activities: the new service to make the urban center more dignified starts from via Amendola, which will allow traders to deposit containers in a special booth located on the street.

The mayor, Beniamino Garau, who has maintained the delegation for Urban Hygiene, illustrates the innovation: "The new service was conceived to make the main streets of Capoterra, where the concentration of commercial activities is greater, cleaner and more orderly. No more bins and bins will be piled up, and traders will not run the risk of others throwing waste in their containers. The keys to the booth will be made available to the Teknoservice person for waste collection: the service will soon be extended to Corso Gramsci to achieve the same objective". Garau also announces the strengthening of other services related to urban hygiene, which with the arrival of Teknoservice have left much to be desired: "The weeding of ditches and sidewalks will be strengthened, we have already prepared a calendar that will allow the workers of the company that manages the service to intervene several times a year in the different areas of our territory. Another aspect that will be improved is that related to the cleaning of streets and sidewalks, from now on there will be greater attention on sweeping, a problem that citizens have highlighted several times".
