They installed a prefabricated building and were renovating a ruin in an area subject to landscape restrictions, without any authorization : neither municipal nor regional, nor that of the Superintendency of Landscape Heritage.

Local police officers discovered it in Capoterra, in the San Gerolamo area , during joint investigations with the Uta Forestry Corps.

The entire area with the two buildings was seized , the seizure validated by the investigating judge of Cagliari.

The violations in question concern the construction of buildings in an area subject to landscape restrictions, a crime punishable by one to four years of imprisonment, in addition to the demolition of the illegal structures and the restoration of the site to its original state.
