A well-known face from the Sardinian independent scene returns home to bring the energy of rock to the walls of a jazz club: on Sunday at 9.45pm , Cagliari 's Jazzino , in via Carloforte 74 , will say goodbye to 2025 with an unexpected rock concert, featuring the folk and electronic-flavoured indie rock of Tunno & gli Alligatori and the emotional punk rock of The Evergreenz .
Singer-songwriter and guitarist Tunno , born Bruno Melis, played for several years in numerous island bands, including My Big Fat Friend, TNT, Hlappia Nutrie and above all Castagna, the latter a pioneer of the emo scene in the area. Tunno has long since moved to Vienna, where he still resides and continues to pursue his solo career, receiving unfailing support from Alligatori : a band from different countries and languages, united thanks to Tunno's personal and artistic experiences. They also worked together on their latest album, " Ausland " (2024).
Tunno and his alligators will be preceded by The Evergreenz , a power trio from Cagliari born way back in 2005 and always linked to the typical sounds of punk rock and alternative rock from the 90s, collected in the extended play "Untied Tunes", published in 2012.
