The new budget forecast for the Municipality of Cagliari is worth 533 million euros.

The municipal budget was presented to the council by Mayor Massimo Zedda , who listed the allocations for welfare, mobility, social housing, schools, sports, and public works.

"There will be no new taxes," Zedda explained: the Irpef surcharge and other fees will remain unchanged.

The largest spending item will be public works, which will receive €150 million.
