The technical checks had become necessary after the collapse of the building that housed the lecture hall and the Vardabasso of the faculty of Languages, which took place on Tuesday night last week: the structure collapsed and did not cause a massacre for only a handful of hours .
Only today at mid-morning the president of the Faculty, Antonello Mura, had communicated : "Engaged in some technical checks carried out by the property and plant maintenance management, unforeseen and necessary in the morning, I am only now giving you news that the lessons in all the classrooms of the additional corps have been suspended for the whole day today ”.
The block is now over and, Mura himself writes in a note, "I am pleased to announce that following the inspection of the DIMII technicians, lessons will be able to resume as early as tomorrow morning, October 25, in total safety in the classrooms of the adjunct body. ". However, it should be emphasized that " the Capitini classroom, once the occupation is over, will remain closed in the morning for the necessary sanitation operations , while room 6A will remain at the disposal of DIMII operators".
Furthermore, "only the lessons scheduled in room 6A will be suspended in the morning, teachers and students will receive indications for the afternoon lessons".
