A 41-year-old drug dealer was arrested yesterday evening in Cagliari, in Piazza del Carmine.
The man, homeless and known to the police, was caught red-handed as he handed over to a foreigner of Gambian nationality, with a police history, some sachets, which subsequent investigations revealed contained 7 doses of hashish, of the total weight of 3.05 grams.
The personal search of the arrested person then made it possible to find a further 0.94 grams of marijuana.
The buyer will be reported to the administrative authority for the consequent penalties as a contractor.
The arrested man spent the night in the security rooms in via Nuoro, waiting to be taken to the courthouse in Cagliari this morning to be tried with a very direct rite.
