After Rome, Milan, Naples and Palermo, Uber arrives in Cagliari with Radio Taxi Rossoblu (but also Quartu with Consorzio Taxiamico and Olbia with STL Taxi). In fact, since yesterday, citizens and tourists can book a ride with the Radiotaxi taxis listed on the Uber app: in practice, the taxi drivers who join will be able to receive and make trips requested by the users of the application.

«Radiotaxi Cagliari Rossoblù, continuing its journey of technological development, thanks to the national platform of ItTaxi will be able to allow Uber customers to easily reach the various destinations», explains Fernando Caria, president of Radiotaxi Cagliari Rossoblù.

"We are very concerned, most of our category is against this partnership that allows Uber to enter Sardinia," says Giovanni Frongia, president of Casartigiani, one of the most important taxi unions on the island.
