Father Fabiano Saverio has been the parish priest of the district of 7,000 souls for two years, with three other priests he tries to give hope and comfort to those who have a fortune credit with their lives.
Father Fabiano arrives from Manfredonia with his "team" of Oblate missionaries of Mary Immaculate to try where others have failed. Because if it is true that Sant'Elia is a difficult neighborhood, it is equally true that "the Church must be among the people". However, people are not among the church, this year it has only celebrated one wedding, 14 baptisms and 30 funerals.
