A woman , an employee of a cleaning company that takes care of the ERSU structure, was saved by the prompt intervention of a vigilante : the security guard , warned by those who witnessed the scene, spoke to the woman trying to reassure her and is put in contact with family members.

In the end, the woman was convinced and, once she was safe, she was entrusted to the carabinieri of the company's mobile unit and above all to the 118 medical staff who took care of her, accompanying her to the hospital.
