The facility, formally managed by a sixty-year-old retiree, was instead managed by another person. Dentures were produced internally for other companies. They were made by a sixty-nine year old from Cagliari who, however, did not have a dental technician diploma. And without the presence of the injured owner.
«There is a clear danger to public health, deduced from the placing on the market of medical devices not designed and manufactured in compliance with the provisions of the regulations governing the matter», the NAS Carabinieri administratively seized the entire laboratory with all the equipment . The total value of the seizure is approximately 80,000 euros.
