"I came out of here after a transplant, I will also come out after Covid" : the one written in pen on a note by Pino Argiolas, historic president of the Prometeo association, is a message of hope and reassurance.

In recent days he has had a bad time: he was in Australia for the transplant Olympics and the virus attacked him violently. Upon returning to Cagliari he was hospitalized in intensive care at Binaghi, intubated. He feared for his fate. But Argiolas' conditions improved, so much so that he was transferred to a semi-intensive care unit at Brotzu, the hospital where his second life began.

«I went through a very bad moment», he says today, «fortunately the Resuscitation of Binaghi with that of Is Mirrionis were able to manage my Australian Covid, saving my life». Argiolas' thoughts go «to all the healthcare personnel, including the ambulance personnel, because I am alive thanks to them. Let's keep public health close: it is our heritage ».
