He presented himself for the exam to obtain a license in Cagliari with a ruse. But the state police took care of finding out and reported him.

A 39-year-old Bengali, with a regular residence permit, residing in Milan, is in trouble.

Last Thursday the agents of the Widespread Crime Section of the Flying Squad constantly monitored the classroom where the foreigner was carrying out the quiz test and, hidden in the control room, filmed the scene with the collaboration of the DMV officials.

The man had an unusual attitude. In fact, he had placed a bluetooth headset under the headset made available to foreign candidates for easier understanding of the questions.

Throughout the test he was in constant telephone contact with an external collaborator, who would have listened to the questions through the headset and immediately suggested the answers.

After the examination, the investigators intervened and recovered the material.

The 39-year-old faces up to three years in prison.
