Cagliari is changing its face, the streets are closed due to construction sites and parking lots are inevitably scarce . A critical issue that has been insisting on the capital for years but which could be curbed. Or at least this is what the opposition in the City Council claims which today, together with some citizens' associations, demonstrated in Viale Trento, in front of a closed parking lot .

One of many, this is the complaint, because around 1500 parking spaces would be available, scattered among six closed or unusable car parks, between via Cesare Battisti, viale Trento, via Sant'Alenixedda, via Caprera, piazza De Gasperi and Viale Diaz: « Needless to do it on purpose», notes the city councilor Marzia Cilloccu, «they are close to theatres: some evenings the areas concerned are congested by cars ».

According to the centre-left advisers, unblocking these situations, in a moment of traffic revolution, would also be essential for the road system : «It is important», says the leader of the Pd Fabrizio Marcello, « the nearby car park , it being understood that all the forms of mobility that allow the city not to be congested by traffic, from shared cars to public transport".
