Has the City Council "exercised powers of control? If so, "does it consider the interests of the administration to have been adequately pursued, considering the purpose of the contract, the concession price and the percentage breakdown of the offer?"

The questions were posed by the municipal councilor of CiviCa24, Giuseppe Farris, who presented a question on the tender for the assignment of the tennis and padel courts of Monte Urpinu, now managed by the Cagliari Tennis Club.

The current concession expires on December 31, but the Department of Sport has moved forward and put the entire structure on the European market. The value of the operation, for five years, is estimated at over five million euros.

The fee required every 12 months would be 35,497 euros.

Farris, after specifying that whoever wins the structure will not have to sustain huge expenses given the Pnrr funds already invested, underlines that «the most economically advantageous offer, identified on the basis of the best quality-price ratio, is structured as follows: maximum score attributable to the technical offer 90 points; maximum score attributable to the economic offer 10 points». And asks: «Was it the Council that decided these parameters?».
