Cars and vehicles from public bodies and law enforcement agencies, complete with markings, entered and exited the wholesale fish market in Viale La Playa, in Cagliari, from the early hours of the morning. But that, for many, was not duty time. And the hypothesis is that some crafty people were shopping in a facility open only to professionals.

The investigation by the Public Prosecutor's Office into the alleged illicit use of company cars by public employees began with a complaint presented over a year ago.

In the meantime, the Municipality took action, prohibiting unauthorized access. But at least two were identified in the investigation.
