Returning from Uta prison after a day release, he tried to smuggle approximately three hundred grams of drugs into the penitentiary, 100 grams of hashish and 200 grams of cocaine to be precise.

Thus, the man, already in prison for other crimes, was arrested again. The prison police had already placed him under suspicion, having reported to the Flying Squad that he was possibly bringing drugs into prison for sale after his parole.

So, when he was released, the Mobile Unit officers monitored his movements and noted suspicious activity , including encounters with drug dealers. Upon his return, the prison was already prepared for scanner checks, which uncovered 18 ovules containing the drugs, which were immediately seized.
