The sentence of 5 years and 4 months in prison was requested by the public prosecutor Ginevra Grilletti against Fabrizio Aru, 33 years old from Ussana, organizer of the "Soho Discoclub" in via Newton, in Cagliari, who ended up in trouble after the complaint of a young man who worked in the club as a poster girl.

Pierre is accused of having locked a 24-year-old in the bathroom of the nightclub, forcing her to perform sexual acts against her will. A challenge that the accused forcefully rejects through his defender, the lawyer Massimiliano Masia, who concluded in a long and passionate speech by urging the full acquittal of his client.

The events - according to the reconstruction of the prosecution - would have occurred on 28 November 2021 in the nightclub. The alleged victim, who joined the lawyer Carlo Amat as a civil party, reported the thirty-three year old claiming to have been followed into the bathroom, only to be blocked inside and forced to perform sexual acts which were interrupted only by the arrival of a customer. who had to use the service.

Once the investigation was closed, prosecutor Grilletti had asked for the organizer to be sent to trial who then opted for the abbreviated trial before judge Luca Melis. Aru, very well known in Cagliari in the world of clubs, immediately defended himself strongly by denying any type of abuse: after the evidentiary incident he immediately asked himself to be questioned, giving his own version of what happened. The sentence is in February.
