A solidarity initiative for the African mission of the Sardinian priest Carlo Rotondo. The national boarding school in via Cesare Pintus in Cagliari is organizing an event tomorrow, Saturday 16 December, to raise funds for the construction of a school in the village of Pawaga, in Tanzania. In that area Don Carlo Rotondo has been carrying out his activity for some years which is not only religious but also social, cultural and sporting (a great Cagliari fan, he has passed on the passion for the rossoblu team to African children).

From 4.45pm to 6.30pm, in the Convitto headquarters, there will be a concert by the boys of the school's musical group and a dive into the past with the performance of the "itinerant Victorians" who will wear period clothes attributable to the historical moment between the middle of Nineteenth century and the first years of the short century.

The evening's program also includes dancing, again in a Victorian atmosphere, and tastings of sweets and typical products. Don Carlo Rotondo will be present, remotely, via videoconference, to explain the value of the school that must be built in Pawaga. So many impulses, energies in movement in that land of Africa that needs to be supported.
