Serious accident in the evening in Cagliari. Mother and daughter were run over while crossing the street in via Quirra, in the neighborhood of Is Mirrionis: the elderly woman, 84, was rushed to Brotzu in a 118 ambulance, serious injuries also for her daughter 55 years old.
The driver of the van that hit the two women stopped immediately. The 55-year-old, in shock, was then heard by the local police officers who arrived on site to carry out the surveys and reconstruct the dynamics of the investment. The man tested positive for the alcohol test. For him the complaint for drunk driving and very serious injuries; his license was withdrawn and the vehicle was confiscated.
