A tax evasion of over 400 thousand euros. It is the one discovered by the economic-financial police unit of the Guardia di Finanza of Cagliari during checks on a health center in the Sardinian capital "belonging to a corporate group operating at an international level".

The Fiamme Gialle carried out a tax audit of the company «having – explain the investigators – an annual turnover exceeding 5 million euros, finding a series of accounting anomalies from which tax recoveries for IRES purposes emerge equal to approximately 1,600,000 euros".

The Financiers then also raised concerns regarding transfer prices, believing that «in intra-group relations with a foreign associated company, transfer prices were applied that did not comply with the principle of free competition established by the OECD guidelines».

At the end of the checks, an evasion of 409 thousand euros of "unpaid" income tax was reported to the Revenue Agency for appropriate measures.
