The thirteenth edition of Saboris Antigus, an event spanning a vast inland area, including regions such as Sarcidano and Trexenta, was presented this morning in Cagliari. This initiative brings together municipalities and the Chamber of Commerce. The dates, from October 25th to December 20th, have been announced, and will involve nine towns.

Yes begins with Gergei, continues on October 31st and November 1st in Selegas, followed by Serri on November 8th, Siurgus Donigala on November 15th, Gesico on the 22nd, Suelli on the 29th, and Guasila on December 6th. Yes returns to the Sarcidano area on December 13th with Nurri, and on the 20th the event concludes in Mandas.

The underlying theme of this edition is "Taste and Territory. Protagonists in First Person," focusing on the people who live and represent these places.

The key players will therefore be the producers and families who preserve traditional recipes, as well as the new generations who have chosen to stay or return to live in these places. Saboris is expanding its network with a twinning agreement with Izmir, Turkey. For the first time, the event kicked off with a discussion with the Union of Municipalities of Trexenta and the Sarcidano Barbagia Community of Seulo.
