Very serious hygienic and structural irregularities : this is what the Nas carabinieri ascertained yesterday in Cagliari in a bar in the historic center.
Verified, in particular, the unusability of the staff toilets, water leaks and rust from the ceiling with accumulation on the floors, the presence of sewage odors, as well as food in a poor state of conservation inside the refrigerators.
The food , according to what was found by the military, had been subjected to freezing with arbitrary methods and temperature abatement procedures different from those required by law , it was also impossible to trace the origin.
The activity was closed and a fine of 4,500 euros was triggered. The food at risk has been subject to administrative seizure in accordance with current regulations.
