The double lift, in fact, connects the avenue to the Bastione, avoiding the steps of Piazza Costituzione for those who need to reach the upper part of the city. In these hours the scaffolding is being positioned, the first step towards the start of the actual works. So in the coming weeks the connection could become fully operational and renewed again.
