Cagliari: Michelangelo, Pacinotti and Siotto high schools are also occupied

Not only Dettori , there are three other Cagliari high schools occupied by students in the last few hours. They are Michelangelo, Pacinotti (both scientific) and Siotto (classical). In the first institute, the protest started at the beginning of the lessons and was announced yesterday with an invitation to bring water and banners, the latter placed in the lecture hall and in the gymnasium.

Among the problems that have triggered the agitation is the one concerning water: "We would like the problem of the old pipes of the offices in Via dei Donoratico (headquarters) and Via Grandi (branch) to be solved, which are compromised by rust without ever having done so "; then the request to be able to use the outdoor courtyards for recreation, while "the branch in Via Grandi is heavily penalized by the absence of chemistry and physics laboratories and the gym, and students and teachers find themselves limited in their activities outside the frontal lesson ".

At Siotto after the 11.05 am recess bell there was an assembly outside, then the decision not to return to class with the display of the banner "Siotto pre-occupied". Occupation also at the Pacinotti scientific high school.

The reasons for the sudden mobilization in schools are different and range from the organization of two school-work alternation projects to the problem of safe building.
